產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) |
1、50%有水快T是陰離子表面活性劑。
2、具有滲透快速、均勻、潤濕性、乳化性、起泡性均佳等特點(diǎn)。不耐強酸、強堿、重金屬鹽及還原劑等。
3、可溶于水、低級醇等親水性溶劑；亦可溶于苯、四氯化碳、煤油、石油系列溶劑等。水溶液呈乳白色，1%水溶液的pH值為4.0～7.0。
4、本品滲透快速均勻。溫度在40℃以下，pH值在5-10之間使用效果最好。絲織物等一經(jīng)滲透劑處理完后，可不因溫度、酸堿等變化而影響其滲透性能。主要用于織物滲透、印染、農藥乳化、制革、選礦等。

包裝與儲存

用法與用量 |
1.
作為乳液聚合后添加劑建用量議0.1-0.3%（基于總量），作為潤濕分散劑建議用量0.5-5%。2. 為獲得最佳性能，應在分散前添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應用體系，建議用戶(hù)在使用前通過(guò)實(shí)驗確定最佳添加量。
3. 因為溶劑的揮發(fā)會(huì )導致凝膠，如果發(fā)生凝膠需加入少量的乙醇（1-2%），滾動(dòng)桶直至凝膠全部消失。如果出現凍融現象，建議在使用以前進(jìn)行充分攪拌。

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽(yáng)光直射，不用時(shí)將容器密封。
保質(zhì)期：常溫下可貯存12個(gè)月以上。

Features |
1.FTRT® T50 belongs to anionic surfactant.
2.It has the characteristics of fast penetration, uniformity, wettability, emulsifying property and excellent foaming property. However, it is not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, heavy metal salts and reducing agents.
3.The pH of the 1% aqueous solution of this product is 4.0-7.0, which is milky white. It is soluble in not only hydrophilic solvents such as water and lower alcohols, but also soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, kerosene, and petroleum solvents.
4.This product is mainly used for fabric penetration, printing and dyeing, pesticide emulsification, leather making, mineral processing, etc. The temperature is controlled below 40 °C, and the pH value is best between 5-10. After the silk fabric and the like are treated by the penetrating agent, the permeability of the silk fabric is not affected by changes in temperature, acid and alkali.

Usage and dosage |
1.If used as an additive after emulsion polymerization, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% (based on the total amount); if used as a wetting and dispersing agent, the recommended dosage is 0.5-5%.
2.For best performance, it should be added before dispersion. The amount of use depends largely on the application system. It is recommended that the user determine the optimum amount by experiment before use.
3.Because the solvent volatilizes, it will cause gelation. If gelation occurs, a small amount of ethanol (1-2%) should be added and rolled until the gel disappears completely. If freezing and thawing occurs, it is recommended to stir well before use.

Packaging and storage |
200kg / drum. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and seal the container when not in use.
Shelf life: It can be stored for more than 12 months at room temperature.
